Privacy Policy

The short version

Milo Dash collects nothing. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no servers of ours, and the game contains no networking code at all — it never opens a connection to anywhere, for any reason. Your progress is a file on your device.

What Milo Dash is

Milo Dash is a one-button runner for iPhone and iPad. The hero moves right on its own and your only input is a touch; what that touch means depends on which hero you are at that moment. It is a single-player game, played entirely on your device.

Information we collect

None. Milo Dash has no user accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising identifiers, no crash-reporting service, no Game Center and nothing to buy. There is no networking code in the app, so there is no connection through which anything could be sent. We do not know how many people play Milo Dash, how far they get, or whether they play at all, because none of that is ever sent anywhere.

Where your progress lives

Your progress is kept in two small files inside the app's own container on your device: what you have cleared in each level, your stars and best attempts, your furthest endless run, and whether sound, music and haptics are on.

Those files belong to Milo Dash alone — there is no app group and no shared container, so no other app can read them — and they are protected by iOS Data Protection like anything else on your device. Nothing is synced to a server we operate, because there is no server we operate. A standard backup you make yourself, to iCloud or to a computer, is between you and Apple and is governed by Apple's policies rather than this one.

What the app asks your device for

Milo Dash's privacy manifest declares one thing: it reads and writes its own settings, for the ordinary reason of remembering what you chose. It asks for no permissions at all — no camera, no microphone, no location, no contacts, no notifications, no tracking. If you never grant this app anything, nothing about it changes.

Purchases and advertising

There are none. Milo Dash has no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, no advertising and no third-party SDKs of any kind, so there is no payment or advertising activity to describe. The whole game — every level, every episode, the endless mode — is in the download. The last two episodes are earned by playing, not bought.

Deleting your data

Deleting the app removes everything it has kept. There is no remote copy of it for us to delete, because none was ever made.

Children's privacy

Milo Dash does not knowingly collect information from anyone, of any age. Since the game collects nothing at all, this applies equally to every player.

Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Given how the game is built — no network, no accounts, nothing to send — we do not expect that to happen often.
